Most distribution partners charge you to appear. We charge you to perform.

We take a monthly retainer and earn a success fee only when a franchise agreement is signed. That structure forces us to be selective about which brands we onboard.

Minimum of five active outlets with consistent, verified monthly revenue
Documented gross profit margins of 50% or above at outlet level
Franchisee net profit model yielding 15% or above post-royalty
No unexplained outlet closures in the past 24 months
Expansion city list with rationale and leadership commitment

Distribution engagements operate on a retainer-plus-success-fee structure. Consulting work is priced separately on milestone-based scopes.
